LoveLash is a peptide-based lash serum, which means it has no hormones or PGA's (prostaglandin analogues) which is usually used in most lash serums. Prostaglandin causes a lot of side effects, like darkening of eye lid colour, dark eye circles, irritations like itching and redness and it will also cause the area around the eye to age faster. That is why we decided to have our formula hormone-free. 

Yes, all our ingredients for LoveLash are vegan, no animal-derived products have been used for LoveLash.

No, love LoveLash is cruelty-free and will never be tested on animals.

You can either use a bit carefully on the lower lashes or we recommend using LoveLash before going to bed, so once you close your eyes to sleep the serum will “travel” down to the lower eyelashes as well.

For pregnant and nursing women we always recommend to check the ingredients list with your doctor.

LoveLash does not contain any hormones/PGA’s/Paraben or any other harmful ingredients, however it is not allowed to do tests on pregnant or nursing women, hence we are not allowed to say it is safe to use.

Results will of course vary with every individual but generally you should be seeing results between 4 and 8 weeks of regularly using LoveLash twice a day. You can take pictures once a week to have a perfect before and after comparison.

While 98% of our customers have reported noticeable results within 4 to 12 weeks, we cannot 100% guarantee results for everyone. The effectiveness of our serum depends on each individual’s lash cycle, which can vary, as well as how consistently and correctly the serum is applied. Personal health conditions (hormones or medications) also play a role. In some rare cases, it may take up to 3-4 months to see results, and in very rare cases, results may not occur. This is due to factors beyond our control, but with regular use, the majority of users experience longer, fuller lashes.

Once you stop using LoveLash you lashes will go back to their natural length and thickness after around 2-5 months.

These side effects often come with the use of an eyelash serum that contains hormones. LoveLash is a hormone-free eyelash serum and hence you will not have these side effects.

Due to its nature of being hormone-free and vegan it is absolutely safe to use LoveLash, however as with any cosmetic product individuals may react allergic to one of the ingredients. Please make sure to check the ingredients list of LoveLash before purchasing to rule out any allergic reactions. And if you should feel any irritations while using LoveLash, please stop the use immediately and seek medical advise.

If irritation or redness occurs, we recommend stopping use for two weeks and then reapplying every other day. If there is no further irritation, you can resume daily use. Please avoid mixing with other products or using too much product. If irritation continues, it may indicate sensitivity to an ingredient, and we advise discontinuing use.

If applied twice daily, one bottle of LoveLash will last for 2 months.

We anyways recommend replacing the bottle with a new one after 2 months of use even if you have some serum left to avoid any potential contamination of the product and to maximize the effectivity of the ingredients.

We do not recommend using one bottle for both Eyelashes and Eyebrows to avoid contamination.

Products that you use so close to your eye should not come in touch with anything else.

The eyebrow serum brush was specially designed to be harder and bigger to reach the skin under the eyebrows.

The brush on the lash serum is for the more delicate skin on the eyelashes.

We recommend to use the eyelash serum twice a day for better and faster results. If you use it in the morning, just wait a couple of minutes for the serum to dry and then start applying your eye make-up.

Make sure to use the serum in the evening once you removed you contact lenses for the night.

The mascara contains peptides, however the amount is not as high as in the Growth Serum, hence the Mascara alone will not grow your lashes but it is a perfect support to the Growth Serum throughout the day plus the Peptides have a nourishing effect on your lashes.

Simply apply warm water to your lashes, wait for a couple of seconds and gently rub the polymer tubes off. They will easily slide off. For anything left on your skin you can use your usual make up remover.

No the mascara is not waterproof but water-resistant, means it is sweat- & tear-proof.

The Brow Gel is a fixing gel to keep your brows beautifully in place the whole day. It does not contain the growth ingredients from our serum, however it contains Castor Oil and Vitamin E and is therefore very nourishing and supports the health of your brows.
